    I still believe in magic - it has just taken a dark turn.

      True that, and not dark in a good way. Dark in a grim, dystopian, Donald tRump is "president" of the United States kind of way. I'm happy that they're taking steps to remedy the situation, but it could drag on for quite some time. And then there's the fact that PEOPLE VOTED FOR THE ASSHOLE IN THE FIRST PLACE! Some of them being people I know. Some of them ended their friendship with me in defense of him. The world has gone mad.
